From the warm welcome drink to the helpful tour assistance, the hospitality was top-notch. the rooms with views of the Vatnajökull Glacier and the Atlantic Ocean were truly stunning. Plus, the free WiFi was a nice touch for staying connected with loved ones. We especially enjoyed the dishes based on local produce at the in-house restaurant, a true taste of Iceland. The apartment we stayed in was like a cozy cocoon, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, ocean, and Vatnajökull glacier. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the region. the shared lounge was a lovely spot to unwind and share stories of our adventures. And being just steps away from the Thorbergur Center was a bonus for easy exploration. The complimentary buffet breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day, with a variety of fresh fruits and Icelandic specialties. the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout the communal areas was appreciated for planning our day trips. Overall, Hali Country Hotel's rural location, warm hospitality, and comfortable amenities made our stay truly memorable. This is a gem that we can't wait to revisit!
